Is a wedding table plan essential?
If you need your guests to sit in a designated place at your wedding breakfast, then a well laid out table plan or escort card display is essential.
Display at the entrance to your reception room so that your guests can easily find which table they need to head for.
I can design and create something spectacular to tie in with your theme perfectly, either to match other stationery you have from me, or as a stand alone item.
What size table plan?
A3 – A petite size for a small wedding, up to 4 tables
A2 – My most popular size, can comfortably accommodate up to 12 tables plus a top table
A1 – The largest size I can make, for weddings with over 12 tables, a real statement piece

What names go on the table plan?
Not sure whether to have first names only or full names on your wedding table plan? Have a read of my blog here for a few pointers.
As a general rule I would always suggest having full names on the table plan, just to avoid any confusion with duplicates. Place cards can be more informal with first names only.
Sustainable table plans
I try to make all my tables plans as sustainable as possible. All the card I use is recycled and/or recyclable.
Using vintage or upcycled frames or props for your table plan is a really fun idea – hit those charity shops!
I try to keep waste to an absolute minimum, so aim to make all my wedding stationery easily recyclable at the end of it’s life.
Table plan designs
I can make table plans in any of my wedding stationery designs. Whether you’re looking for classic, elegant, rustic or floral I have something to suit you and your wedding. Make them your own; mix and match between the designs, switch up the materials, change the colours and the print. The possibilities are endless.
