Do you need them?
Wedding RSVP cards and a extra information details for your guests are included with my pocketfold and concertina invitation designs.
You can add extra cards to a pocketfold invite if needs be, or include a little reply card and perhaps a gift wish with your flat invitations if you like.
Shapes and sizes
Mini – half a postcard size (A7)
Regular – postcard sized (A6)
If you choose to have extra cards printed with any of my invitation designs I will size them to fit accordingly.
RSVP cards can either be postcard style (with your address printed on the back) or come with an envelope (again printed with your address).

Wedding RSVP cards
Wedding RSVP cards encourage a timely response from your guests. I love postcard style (with your RSVP address printed on the back – less waste), or I can make them with a printed envelope instead.
As well as the all important accept or decline, they can include menu choices, travel arrangements and even song choices for your band or DJ!

Guest information cards
Make sure your guests have all the information they need to plan for the big day! Include things like venue details, menu options, transport and accommodation arrangements plus gift list details if you want to.

I try to keep waste to an absolute minimum, so aim to make all my wedding stationery, including wedding RSVP and extra details cards, easily recyclable at the end of it’s life.

2. DESIGN & QUOTE
I’ll design your invitations & stationery and give you a fully personalised, itemised quote.
3. BOOK & PAY
Pay in full for anything you want made straight away, or a deposit to book production slots.
4. DETAILS & PROOFS
Get your proofs by email. Revise until you’re 100% happy & approve.
5. GET YOUR STATIONERY
Either collect your finished stationery from my studio or we can arrange delivery.
6. HERE FOR YOU
Throughout the whole process I’m here with help and advice on anything you’re not sure of.
Gift wish cards
It is perfectly acceptable these days to enclose a gift wish in your wedding invitations. You can either include this as part of your additional details card or as a separate insert.

Wedding menu
Should you include menu in your wedding invitations? It’s not essential unless you need your guests to pre-order from a number of options. If you do this then I will design reply cards with tick boxes so you can clearly see who has ordered what.
All my wedding rsvp cards include a line for your guests to let you know if they have any dietary requirements.
