The best (and most fun) way to order wedding stationery with us is to visit our studio. We’ll go through everything step by step and give you all the advice you need.

Bring along your swatches, pictures and Pinterest boards, we’ll get designing and we can match card, paper, ribbons and crystals so everything is perfectly coordinated. We’ll be able to give you a full quote along with a timeline of when to confirm details and when each part of your stationery will be ready

How to word things

Up to eighteen months before the wedding

Decide on your stationery design & colour scheme

Collate approximate numbers for each item

  • Use our table as a guide. You will confirm numbers later on and will only be invoiced for the quantities you actually have
  • Include on the day stationery to ensure that we are available nearer the wedding to make it all for you

Decide when you want to send out your invitations

  • Three to six months is the norm, but you may choose to do it earlier if your wedding is in holiday season, around Christmas or if you need your guests to travel

Book your design consultation with us, bring all these details and any swatches, Pinterest board, pictures etc – we’ll design your invitations together with you and put together a quotation with a total guide price.

To confirm your order & book in your production slots, we’ll need a deposit of 50% of this total price.

Once you’ve paid your deposit we’ll send a full order confirmation including a production schedule and deadlines for you to confirm numbers and printing details.

If you’re having save the date cards we’ll usually prepare proofs for these straight away and they’ll be ready three to four weeks after you give us the OK.

We know there are a lot of things to think about when it comes to planning a wedding. Book an appointment with us and let us handle all of your stationery needs, from the save the dates all the way to the thank you cards.

Four to six weeks before you need your invitations

Confirm numbers and printing details for your invitations including any names and addresses to be printed.

  • Don’t worry, we’ll send a little reminder if we haven’t heard from you!
  • If you need any help with wording your invitations or what information you should include, let us know.  We can do all this by email and phone but you’re welcome to visit again and go over details if you would like to
  • Check and approve proofs before we start work
  • Your invitations will be ready to collect three to four weeks after you sign off the proofs

Three to five weeks before the wedding

Finalise numbers and printing details for on the day stationery

  • Again, let us know if you need any help!
  • Check and approve proofs before we start work
  • If you’re supplying a frame or mirror for your table plan, bring it to the studio ready for us to start work
  • We’ll invoice your final balance once you confirm all your numbers.  This will reflect any difference between the numbers on your original quote and what you have actually had

Finalise the details for your table plan

  • We’ll send a photograph, before it’s all fixed together,  to check you’re happy before we finish it off

One week before your wedding

Collect all your remaining on the day stationery from the studio and get ready to enjoy the big day – hurray!

Thank you cards?

If you order your thank you cards just before the wedding we should be able to have them ready for when you return from honeymoon.
