What are table name cards?
Wedding table name cards, identify the tables in the reception room to help your guests to find their seat.
You will definitely need these if you are naming your tables rather than using numbers.
I can make table names or numbers flat to be placed in the table number holders that many venues use.
Shapes & sizes
Regular – 10cm x 15cm (A6), can be printed either portrait or landscape – the most popular size
Square – 15cm x 15cm, a larger size to accommodate longer names or bolder designs
Need a different size to fit frames? No problem, either let me know the exact size you need or bring your frames to the studio for me to make and fit to size.

What style wedding table name cards?
Think about your table centrepieces and how the table names or numbers will work alongside them. For tall centrepieces you might want something hanging, or on a stand. For lower level displays then a card in a frame or a freestanding tent card would be ideal.
Something a little different?
Don’t be constrained to free standing tent style or flat cards. I can also make flags on sticks, or large tags with ribbon or lace attached to hang from floral arrangements or candelabra so they become an integral part of the table decor. The possibilities are endless!!
Double sided table name cards
Table names or numbers can be double sided too. Let us know if you’d like to incorporate any other information on there. Things like menus, a little personal anecdote or quote explaining the significance of the name, or your own wedding hashtag for guests to share their photos are popular choices.

Names or numbers for your tables?
Have fun naming your tables, there are so many possibilities. Significant dates and places are popular – perhaps include a little note on the card explaining why you’ve chosen the name. It’s a great ice breaker and conversation starter for your guests.
Eco friendly wedding table name cards
All my table numbers and names are printed on recycled and/or recyclable board or plantable seed paper. Embellishments are reusable or recyclable.. Fully personalised printing is included.
I try to keep waste to an absolute minimum, so aim to make all my wedding stationery easily recyclable at the end of it’s life.
