Seasons & Travel Wedding Stationery
A clever little booklet with a bellyband and a pocket for the boarding card style RSVP
Destination wedding? This one's for you! A dinky little pocketfold, almost exactly passport size, personalised with your names & wedding date if you like.
Inside are four printed pages with all the wedding and travel details you could ever need (although we can add more pages if you do need more!), then a pocket at the back holds the RSVP card cleverly disguised as a boarding card. All this is held together with a bellyband that we can decorate with ribbon, twine, charms, embellishments or more.
Coordinate with other travel themed items like luggage labels (perfect for save the dates and place cards!) or clever cheque book invitations – that always remind us of the old school paper airline tickets.

Our ever popular pocketfold wedding invitations allow you to include additional information and RSVP cards
Available in a range of shapes and sizes, the most popular being square, long (like a purse or clutch bag) and postcard size.
Some have a single fold with a pocket so they stand up on their own, others have an extra fold and flap (held together with a bellyband). They work best as wedding invitations where you need to give your guests a fair amount of extra information e.g. accommodation details, menus, gift list details or poems.
Our standard prices include the printed invitation panel, one information card and an RSVP postcard. You can have an RSVP card with envelope if you prefer and you can add extra information card is you need to.
For extra detail and colour on the inside of the pocketfold you can add borders or ‘mats’ to the invitation panel and the largest guest information card.
Similar to the pocket fold, cheque book invitations include separate pages for guest information and RSVP
Cheque book (remember those!?) invitations are about 10cm x 20cm, have card covers and a number of pages, stepped down for easy reference, inside. They are great when you need to send your guests extra information before the wedding day.
The last page is usually a detachable RSVP card, which can either be supplied as a postcard (with your address printed on the back) or with a separate envelope. They work really well on designs where the ‘spine’ can be punched and tied through with ribbon, lace or twine.
They look really great with our fabulous, sparkling glitter card as the covers. Our standard prices include three pages, usually the invitation, a guest information or wedding gifts page and the RSVP postcard. You can add extra pages (they can comfortably accommodate up to 5), or print the pages double sided if you need more space.
Welcome signs, favour tags, venue signage – all to coordinate with your stationery
All those coordinating little finishing touches that will really bring your wedding to life.
We can make little tags for your favours, printed with your names & wedding date or perhaps special message. Have them on their own, or supplied with ribbon, twine or lace to tie.
Need a welcome, wedding this way or dance the night away sign? We can do that.
How about cute little Bride & Groom signs for your chair backs?
Anything you can think of – just ask. If it’s made from card or paper with ribbons, glitter or bling – we can probably make it!
Order of service
For a church service, this contains the details of your wedding ceremony, including music, readings & hymns. You can choose standard A5 size or dinky little pocket size booklets, and generally we include up to 8 pages of text (extra pages can be added if needed). A simple design to coordinate with your stationery is perfect, perhaps a kraft card outer tied with lace or twine for a Rustic & Quirky theme, or classic white or ivory with a fine satin ribbon for a more Classic & Elegant look.
For more details about what to include in your order of service, see our blog post HERE.
Order of the day
For a civil ceremony an order of the day, or order of ceremony contains music and readings as well as a running order and approximate timings for the day. It is not essential but can help your guests to know what to expect during the day, particularly if you are following a non-traditional timetable. They can also make a nice keepsake from the wedding. You could have the same booklet type format as our order of service or a more simple folded or flat card sized to fit the information.
For both order of service and order of the day we recommend one per household/family, although many prefer to order one per guest.
