Rustic & Quirky Wedding Stationery
Pretty, floral printed hessian finished with twine and buttons
Gorgeous, rustic floral hessian, pinched together with fine twine and finished buttons or charms. Looks great on ivory or kraft card stock or a mixture of both.
We have hessian (or burlap) in a range of different coloured floral prints, plus some more unusual botanical and themed patterns too.
This design works great with pull out wallets and pocketfolds, and we can make a full range of other stationery to coordinate including order of service, menus, place cards and table plans.

What’s for dinner?
Wedding menus are not essential but can be a nice finishing touch to your reception tables. You will need them though if you are offering your guests a choice of meal.
Place two or three folded menus on each reception table. Our regular folded menus measure about 10cm x 21cm and have a card outer with a stiff paper insert. The insert can be printed on both the left and right hand sides so can incorporate other details such as the wine list, or a children’s menu. If you would like a different shape menu (square or extra tall) we can do that too, just let us know.
If you have asked your guests to choose their menu in advance of the wedding then it will be a good idea to have a reminder for them on the table. Our personalised luggage labels (measuring approximately 6cm x 11cm) are perfect for this, and as they will be printed with your guests’ names they will double up as place cards.
We can also design bespoke bookmark style menu cards, please contact us for details.
Classic folded or flat invitations are the most popular choice for evening party invitations
You’ll need evening invitations for those guests invited to the evening reception only. Remember that your guests from the day will not need an additional invitation to your evening reception.
Evening invitations can be sent nearer to the wedding than the wedding invitations, but many couples choose to send them all at the same time. You often won’t need to include as much information with your evening invitations as you do for day guests so a simple flat or folded card is ideal. You can include a reply card if you want to but many just use a phone number and or email RSVP.
We can print your guests’ names onto your evening invitations if you wish. In our experience though the evening guest list tends to be more flexible and therefore many couples choose to write their guests names in.
Just like your day invitations, you will need one per household/family, plus some spares.
Let your guests find their seat and add a little extra to your table decor too
These are placed on your tables at the wedding breakfast so guests will find their seat. As well as the guest’s name they can be printed with your own names and wedding date, and so make a nice keepsake from your wedding.
Classic tent style place cards are about 5cm x 7cm (folded at the top), or tags can be used instead and can be tied to cutlery, pegged onto wine glasses, napkins, favours or anything else you can think of!
If you want to add menu choices to place cards we can do that, or how about personalised individual menus that double up as a place card too?
We can print your guests’ names on place cards and tags, or leave them blank for you to write on. You will need to order one per guest and even if you ask us to print names it’s a good idea to order a few spares in case of last minute changes.
Simple flat cards, or a bundle including guest information and RSVP cards, contained within a decorative wallet
Pull out wallets have the invitation printed on a layered card nestled inside a decorative wallet. You can add extra loose cards (up to two is comfortable) inside the wallet too – perhaps a gift poem card and an RSVP?
They come in a range of shapes & sizes – coloured, glitter, rustic, laser cut – the possibilities are endless! On the more enclosed wallet, the invitation tends to be more simple and comes with a ribbon, lace or twine 'tab' to help pull it out, the main embellishment will be on the outer wallet.
On the open and laser cut pockets the invitation can be more elaborate as it's visible without removing it from the pocket.
