shipping & lead times
Delivery Times All cards and stationery items are handmade to order, including samples. We endeavour to ship all samples and single item orders (e.g. guest books, keepsake boxes, post boxes) within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Delivery of wedding, celebration & event stationery is usually 4 to 6 weeks from approval of proof, but can vary depending on material availability and workload. You can place your order and book your production slot as early as you like though, and we would recommend doing so as our diary can fill up quite far in advance. Please see our 'ordering guide' for more details on how to do this and the timescales involved. If you plan to order 'on the day' stationery, we recommend that you order everything at the same time. This guarantees a further production slot for your order of service, place cards, menu etc. We will make every effort to complete your order within the timescale advertised, and you will be notified immediately of any delays arising from unforeseen circumstances. If you have an urgent requirement for anything, please do contact us before ordering as we will often be able to help.
A standard charge of £1.50 applies to orders of £15.00 and under. Orders over £15.00 are subject to a standard charge of £5.00 per delivery. If you are a local customer you can arrange to collect your order from us, and avoid the delivery charge (orders over £15.00 only). We only ship to addresses in the UK.
We make a conscious effort to recycle packaging materials wherever it is possible and practical. Please do not be offended if your goods arrive in a postal box or packet that appears to be second hand!
All orders are personalised to your requirements. For this reason, refunds and exchanges will only be made if an item is found to be damaged, or does not meet your order or proof specifications. This does not affect your statutory rights. Under exceptional circumstances we may agree to cancel an order, however you will incur a cancellation fee. |
