ordering & information

Our standard lead time is usually 4 to 6 weeks from approval of proofs (proofs are usually supplied within a week of receiving your order and printing details).  However you can place your order and book your production slot up to a year in advance, and we would recommend doing so as our diary can fill up very quickly especially during the summer months.

If you plan to order 'on the day' stationery, we recommend that you order everything at the same time, this guarantees a further production slot for your order of service, place cards, menu etc.

When calculating your quantities you should always include a few spares.  If you ask us for extras at a later date, while we will always do our utmost to help, we can’t guarantee how long they will take or that materials will be readily available in stock.  Our standard delivery charges will also apply to any additional items that are not shipped with the main part of the order.
